- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after purchase.
3. Return Process

- Return Approval: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for sending the product back.
- Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
4. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size, color, or a different item, provided the returned item meets our return conditions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Cancellations
