- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are eligible within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on clearance or as final sale items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after purchase.
3. Return Process

- Return Approval: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for sending the product back.
- Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
4. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size, color, or a different item, provided the returned item meets our return conditions.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
